Competition Cycling
Road and/or XC Mountain Biking

Age 12 – 18
For riders who are dedicated to training and racing, this program offers individual training plans, group rides, continuous coaching and is designed to graduate cyclists of the highest level. At the top of our development pyramid, the Competition Cycling team combines with Cyclocross to create a year-round cycling season.
We balance Road and XC MTB with training and racing to build important skills, increase fitness and become well-rounded cyclists.
Tuition
At this level, you are either Full Time (4 to 6 days per week) or Lite (2 to 3 days per week) and tuition includes both XC MTB and Road in whatever combination makes sense for you at specific times through the season.
- Full Time: $1,000
- Lite: $600

Fast, exciting and technical, our road program is 100% team-focused. Group rides and training sessions vary in length and difficulty based on the needs of the riders and the time of year. Loaner bikes may be available.

- Junior specific training to prevent injury and burnout
- Team travel to races with race support
- Encouraged to cross over to other disciplines to become well rounded athletes
- Riders work to get their category upgrade in 1 – 1.5 seasons
Typical Ride
Meet at our office, 10 minutes going over the plan while stretching and checking equipment, then 20 minute warm up on bike paths, do short 30 minute interval session with repeats on a hill on a quiet road, 1 hour Westside loop ride while working on group riding and discussing team tactics, return to office after 2 hours.

Our group rides are fun, fast and varied. We will meet at the trailhead or shuttle from the office depending on the time of year and available riding.
