Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to train, get experience racing and finally compete in a national championship event with a hometown advantage!
Our Road Camps 2 & 3 will be specifically designed to get our kids prepped for and participating in the Road Race, the Time Trial and the Criterium.
Eligibility
There are some very important rules based on Age that will determine one’s eligibility for each event.
1. INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIAL is open to ALL categories – men’s categories 1-5 and women’s categories 1-4.
2. ROAD RACE RULES:
- The Junior 10-14 men’s and Junior 10-18 women’s road races are open to ALL categories
- The Junior 15-18 men’s road races are restricted to category 1-3 participants only3. CRITERIUM RULES:
- The Junior 10-14 men’s and Junior 10-18 women’s criterium are open to ALL categories
- The Junior 15-18 men’s criterium are restricted to category 1-3 participants only
4. All riders must have a current USA Cycling license BEFORE registration — I suggest we all get these this week so we can sign up by July 1st.
We want ALL of our juniors to participate in the Time Trial and AS MANY AS POSSIBLE to participate in the other races.
The costs of the event may be high for some people. We will have some scholarships available to help.

Races
1. July 28 – Tuesday – Road Race
Junior Road Race is on Tuesday, July 28 at various times depending on category.
The course runs from Summit HS through Tetherow and the map is here:
2. July 31 – Friday – Time Trial
Time Trial is either 12km or 24km based on category. Up and back on Skyliners Rd
3. August 1st – Saturday – Criteriums
Around the Deschutes Brewery off Colorado and Simpson. This course has a decent climb and pretty safe descent.
